From her 1st Yoga class in college, Patricia understood that "Yoga is good for you" physically. As a young mother living in Warsaw, a practitioner introduced her to meditation as a tool to manage anxiety. Years later in Mexico, she found the practice of Yoga a body of poetry, much like the joys and challenges of raising her 4 children. Returning to the Netherlands and healing from a physical setback, she was taught Yogic breath work. Once non-dual Yogic philosophy fell into place in Germany, it allowed her to fully embody Yoga as she does today.
After 28 years of living abroad, Patricia moved to Florida and opened Top Gallant Yoga (formerly Boynton Yoga Wellness). She focuses on Anusara-inspired alignment principles, poses, meditation, breath work and Vedic philosophy.
She remains indebted to all of her Yoga teachers and also those soul mentors who helped her open to grace. Patricia's enthusiasm and passion guide her students throughout safe and fun classes all with a wide smile, dimples and a twinkle in her eye.
Patricia teaches Private Yoga sessions and group classes: Gentle Yoga, Yoga Fitness with Weights, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga.
